WASHINGTON—Ahead of Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg’s testimony before the Senate Judiciary Committee, Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-MN) sent a letter to Zuckerberg opposing Facebook’s role in the violence around the world, most recently in Ethiopia.
